Today I'm finally sharing my favorite summer salad - this black bean avocado and mango salad! It's full of vibrant flavors and the best part - there is NO cooking required! A true winner in my books. 😌

Pouring dressing over the black bean mango salad from a white jug.

This salad takes less than 20 minutes to put together and is perfect for meal prep. Because of the lime dressing the avocado doesn't go brown and everything tastes even better the next day.

You can serve it up with some tortilla chips for more crunch or as a side to your favorite protein-packed main dish.
