I posted these Crème Brûlée overnight oats on my stories the other day, and so many of you asked for the recipe, so here it is!
The recipe starts with a basic overnight oats base made with rolled oats, flaxseed meal, yogurt, and non-dairy milk. Then all you have to do is serve it in cups, top it with sugar, and caramelize it using a blow torch.

Crème Brûlée Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup non-dairy milk I use soy milk
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
- 3 tablespoons yogurt of choice either non-dairy yogurt or Greek yogurt
- Small pinch of salt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract optional
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
Instructions
- To a medium bowl or an air-tight container, add all of the ingredients except the sugar.½ cup rolled oats, ½ cup non-dairy milk, 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal, 3 tablespoons yogurt of choice, Small pinch of salt, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Using a spoon or a spatula, give everything a good stir. Cover with a lid or a clean kitchen towel and let the oats soak for at least 3 hours or overnight in the fridge
- When ready, serve into cups and top evenly with the granulated sugar. Blow the top with a blow torch until caramelized. Serve!1 tablespoon granulated sugar
