4-Ingredient Banana Oat Pancakes

Step 1: Gather the ingredients for the banana pancakes. We use oat flour to make this recipe gluten-free.

Step 2: Mash banana in a bowl until pureed. Make sure to use ripe bananas with dark spots on them for best results.

Step 3: Add eggs and mix until well combined. We use free-range eggs. You can also add cinnamon here.

Step 4: Add oat flour and baking powder, and mix again. You can also add everything into a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 5: Heat oil in a cast-iron skillet. Once hot, add 2 tablespoons of the batter, and using a spoon, form a circle.

Step 7: Cook for about 3-4 minutes or until the edges appear dry. Then flip and cook on the other side for 2 minutes.

Step 6: Top with anything you like and enjoy. We like to top our banana pancakes with fresh fruit and honey!
