Best Ever Veggie  Tofu Fajitas

To a large bowl, add the spices, olive oil, lime juice, and 1 tablespoon of water. Mix until it forms a paste.

Then, cut tofu into strips and dip each piece one by one in the marinade, making sure to coat all sides.

Heat oil in a cast-iron skillet and fry the tofu for 3-4 minutes on each side. Once golden brown, remove from the pan.

In the same skillet, add the red and green peppers, and onion, alongside a sprinkle of salt and black pepper.
