Cinnamon Baked Apples

Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 350F. Peel, core, and thinly slice apples. Add to a baking dish.

Step 2: Add cinnamon, brown sugar, corn starch, lemon juice, coconut oil and salt.

Step 3: Mix until all pieces are well coated.

Step 4: Bake for 30 minutes or until the apples are soft and bubbly.
