Cookies and Cream Milk Tea (Oreo Boba)

-vanilla ice cream -oreo cookies -tapioca pearls -milk of choice -brown sugar syrup -brewed tea

To a blender, add your milk of choice, vanilla ice cream, brewed black tea, and the oreo cookies (without the frosting).

Blend on high for 1 minute, or until the mixture is completely smooth and no chunks of cookies remain.

Cook the pearls over medium heat following the packaging instructions. Then, drain and add coat with 2 tablespoons of brown sugar syrup.

To serve this Oreo boba milk tea, add the tapioca balls to the bottom of a large glass, followed by a few ice cubes (if desired).

Pour the Oreo milkshake over the ice cubes. Stir well and enjoy as is or top with whipped cream!

Adjust the sweetness to your liking. I recommend starting with a small amount of brown sugar syrup (2 tablespoons), and adding more after you taste it.

Serve with freshly cooked tapioca pearls. Don't cook the boba ahead of time! The pearls taste best when they're warm and fresh.
