Crispy Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients You'll Need

Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic, pecans, s&p, dried cranberries, and balsamic glaze (optional).

Cut brussels sprouts into halves and trim the ends. Remove any yellow leaves that are not fresh.

Add to a bowl and season with olive oil, salt, and black pepper to taste. Stir to coat.

Place them on a baking sheet with the flat side down (this is how you get them crispy).
