Dairy-free French  Toast Casserole 

ingredients you'll need

-sourdough bread -eggs -non-dairy milk -honey or maple syrup -cinnamon and nutmeg -fresh blueberries -vanilla extract -lemon zest

Pre-heat oven to 350ºF (180ºC). Cut the sourdough bread into 1-inch cubes and add it to a greased baking dish.

In a bowl, add the non-dairy milk, eggs, honey, spices, vanilla extract, and lemon zest. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Step 2

Pour the egg mixture over  the bread and top with blueberries. Bake for 40 minutes, or until golden.
