Eggless Cinnamon Rolls

In a bowl, add lukewarm water, sugar, and yeast. Mix, then set aside for 10 minutes, until foamy.

In another large bowl, add flour, sugar, and salt, and mix. Add the yeast, melted butter, and milk.

Mix everything into a dough and knead for 10 minutes, until the dough is smooth and soft. If it starts to stick, sprinkles some more flour.

Add the dough to a well greased bowl and let it rise for at least 60 minutes, or until it doubles in size.

After rising, use a rolling pin to roll the dough into an 18 x 12-inch rectangular. If you don't have a rolling pin, you can use a wine bottle.

Spread softened butter all over the dough then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Press it down so it can stick to the dough.

From the long end, carefully roll away from you in a tight roll. Using dental floss or a very sharp knife, cut into 12 even rolls.

Add the rolls to a baking pan and let rise again for 30 minutes, or until doubled in size. Thhis is called double-proofing.

Bake the cinnamon rolls for 25-30 minutes, or until they're golden brown. Let cool completely before adding frosting.
