Provolone Grilled Cheese with Honey

Step 1: Gather all of the ingredients for the provolone grilled cheese. Use sourdough bread if you like.

Step 2: Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Then, flip it with the buttered side down.

Step 3: Add sliced provolone and mozzarella, and close with another slice of bread, with the buttered side up.

Step 4: Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-low heat. Once hot, add the sandwiches to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, then flip.

Step 5: Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until both sides are golden and the cheese inside is melted.

Step 6: Finally, remove the grilled cheese from the heat and drizzle with honey on top. Serve right away!
