Air Fryer  Healthy Granola

Step 1: Gather the ingredients for the air-fryer granola. Chop the almonds into medium-sized pieces.

Step 2: To a medium bowl, mix the dry ingredients- old-fashioned rolled oats, almonds, cinnamon, and salt.

Step 3: Add coconut oil and maple syrup, and mix well. If you like it sweeter, add 1/4 cup more maple syrup.

Step 4: Transfer the granola mixture to the air fryer basket (cook in 2 batches if needed, don't overcrowd).

Step 5: Cook for 6-7 minutes, then stir and cook for another 7 minutes. Stir more frequently towards the end.

Step 4: Transfer the granola to a baking sheet or a large plate and let it cool completely. Stir in the raisins.
