Kale Juice Recipe  (5 minutes!)

-curly kale -Fuji or green apples -cucumbers -lemon juice -water (for blending)

To a high-speed blender, add water, kale (without stems), chopped apple, cucumber, and lemon juice.

Blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until the mixture is completely smooth, with no chunks.

Over a large bowl, strain the juice through a fine mesh. Use a spoon or a spatula to press the pulp to release all of the juices.

step 3

Serve immediately with ice cubes and/or sparkling water, or refrigerate for up to 2 days, or freeze for 3 months.
