Homemade Vegan White Pizza

-white flour -active dry yeast -granulated sugar -salt -olive oil -warm water -vegan bechamel sauce -baby spinach -artichoke hearts in oil -vegan mozzarella  -salt & black pepper


In a bowl, add lukewarm water, sugar, and yeast. Mix, then set aside for 10 minutes, until foamy.

In the meant time, in a large bowl, add flour, sugar, and salt. When the yeast is ready, add it to the bowl alongside the olive oil.

Mix everything together until it forms a dough. Knead for 5-10 minutes until it's soft and elastic.

Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes, or until it has doubled in size. The, punch it down to release air bubbles.

Using a rolling pin, roll the pizza dough into a 12-13 inch pizza crust. Transfer it to a baking sheet or a pizza stone.

Spread the white sauce and add the baby spinach on the bottom, followed by the artichoke hearts, and vegan cheese.

Bake the pizza for 8-10 more minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melty and bubbly. Serve right away!
