Iced Matcha  Latte Recipe

-high-quality matcha powder -sweetener of choice -milk of choice -small pinch of salt

Add matcha powder, salt, and a sweetener of choice to a small bowl. I like to use honey, but you can use maple syrup.

Pour hot water over the mixture. For best results, make sure you're not using boiling water. Ideally, it should be at 176F (80C).

Give it a good mix, until the matcha has dissolved. You don't need a matcha whisk here, a regular stainless-steel whisk works just fine.

To a high-speed blender, add the milk, a few ice cubes, and the matcha mixture. Blend on high for 30 seconds. This is so you can have foam in your latte.

Sign up now.

Add 5-6 ice cubes to a glass and pour the iced matcha latte on top. Serve right away and add more sweetener if needed!

Use high-quality matcha powder for the best flavor. Use ceremonial-grade matcha, not cooking-grade matcha.
