Lemon Dill Hummus without Garlic

healthy + easy to make

Step 1: Gather all of the ingredients for this lemon dill hummus. We're using garlic powder, but it's optional.

Step 2: Start by adding rinsed and drained chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, and spices to a food processor.

Step 3: Blend for 3-4 minutes, adding ice-cold water as needed. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides a few times.

Step 4: Add lemon zest and dill. Pulse until just combined. Taste and adjust the flavor, adding more lemon or salt if needed.

Step 5: We love serving it with pita chips and fresh veggies, but you can put it on sandwiches or wraps as well.

Store leftovers in an airtight container, in the fridge for up to 6 days.  This recipe is not freezer-friendly.
