Lemon Poppyseed  Overnight Oats

Step 1: Gather all of the ingredients for these lemon overnight oats. Use gluten-free oats if needed.

Step 2: Add everything into a bowl and mix until well combined. We also added hemp seeds for extra protein and healthy fats.

Step 3: Taste and adjust the flavor if needed. Add more honey for sweetness or lemon zest/juice for tang.

Step 4: Cover the bowl and let it rest in the fridge for at least 4 hours (or up to 12 hours) or until the oats are soft and chewy.

Step 5: Serve with fresh fruit on top. This breakfast is perfect for on-the-go. You can also make it in a jar.
