Step 1:
Gather all of the ingredients for these lemon overnight oats. Use gluten-free oats if needed.

Add everything into a bowl and mix until well combined. We also added hemp seeds for extra protein and healthy fats.

Taste and adjust the flavor if needed. Add more honey for sweetness or lemon zest/juice for tang.

Cover the bowl and let it rest in the fridge for at least 4 hours (or up to 12 hours) or until the oats are soft and chewy.

Serve with fresh fruit on top. This breakfast is perfect for on-the-go. You can also make it in a jar.
