Step 1:
Gather all of the ingredients for the lemon turmeric tea cake. Then, zest and juice the lemons.

To a bowl, add eggs, olive oil, yogurt, sugar, and lemon juice. Mix well. Then, stir in the lemon zest.

To another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and turmeric. Sift the dry ingredients into the wet and mix.

Step 4:
Pour the cake batter into a prepared bread loaf and bake for 45-50 minutes. Halfway through, cover with foil.

Step 5:
Insert a toothpick in the center of the cake, and if it comes out clean, it's ready. Take it out of the oven.

Let it cool completely, then drizzle with a powdered sugar glaze. Let it sit for 10 minutes to harden.
