Longevity Noodles with Garlic Chili Oil

ingredients you'll need

-noodles -neutral oil -sesame oil -soy sauce -garlic and ginger  -gochugaru -green onions -vegetables of choice -boullion powder -cilantro -lime juice

To a bowl, add soy sauce, minced garlic and ginger, gochugaru, green onion, and bullion powder. Mix into a paste.

In a skillet, heat the oil until it starts to smoke. Remove it from the heat and pour it over the chili paste. Stir.

To the same skillet, add the vegetables and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until golden, but still crunchy.

Step 3

Add noodles, chili oil, cilantro, lime juice, and sesame oil. Stir to coat and take off the heat.

Enjoy these noodles both warm and cold! You can serve them right away, or refrigerate for 2 hours to cool.
