Creamy Oat Milk Matcha Latte

Step 1: Gather all of the ingredients for this oat milk matcha latte. Make sure to use high-quality matcha powder.

Step 2: Add  matcha powder, salt, and a sweetener of choice to a small bowl. I like to use honey, but you can use maple syrup.

Step 3: Pour hot water and give it a good mix, until most of the matcha has dissolved. You don't need a matcha whisk here.

Step 4: To a high-speed blender, add oat milk alongside the matcha mixture. Blend on high for 30 seconds.

Step 5: If you like it cold add 5-6 ice cubes to a glass and pour the matcha latte on top. If you like it hot, serve as is.
