Creamy Orzo Mac and Cheese

Step 1: Make the roux by melting butter over medium heat. Once it starts to bubble, whisk in the flour.

Step 2: Gradually add the milk. Then add dijon mustard, salt, nutmeg, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.

Step 3: Add the shredded cheese and stir until it melts.

Step 4: Add in the cooked orzo and mix until well coated. Serve right away!
