Healthy Overnight Oats with Frozen Fruit 


-rolled oats -yogurt of choice -milk of choice -frozen berries -sweetener of choice -chia seeds -small pinch of salt -vanilla extract

To a medium bowl add yogurt, milk, rolled oats, frozen fruit, chia seeds, sweetener of choice, salt, and vanilla extract.

Use a spoon to give everything a good stir. Cover with a clean kitchen towel and soak for at least 2 hours or overnight in the fridge.

Your overnight oats with frozen fruit are ready when the oats and chia seeds have softened and absorbed the liquid.

It's essential to add your favorite toppings for the best results. We love adding berries and chopped nuts.


If you're busy, prepare them the night before in a mason jar to take them on the go with you the next morning!
