Step 1: To a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, flax egg, oil, soy milk, and brown sugar.

Step 2: Add oats, spices, baking powder, pecans, and mix once more.

Step 3: Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top more pecans. Bake for 30 minutes.

Step 4: Cut into squares, top with some vegan yogurt and enjoy!
