Step 1: Gather the ingredients for this vegan chicken salad. Make sure to finely dice the celery and green onion.

Step 2: To a food processor, add the flaked/silvered almonds and pulse for 10 seconds to roughly chop them.

Step 3: Add the chickpeas and pulse for a few more seconds, until well combined and roughly chopped. Don't over-blend!
