Vegan Baked Spaghetti

Step 1: To a casserole dish, add uncooked pasta, red peppers, onion, and cooked lentils.

Step 2: Add chopped tomatoes, marinara sauce, spices, minced garlic, olive oil, vegetable broth, and fresh basil. Mix.

Step 3: Bake for 25 minutes, then top with a layer of shredded vegan cheese.

Step 4: Bake for 25 minutes more or until the top is golden and the pasta is fully cooked.
