Step 1: Make the cashew cream by adding all of the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.

Step 2:  Next, heat some sesame oil in a pot and add onion and mushrooms.

Step 3: Add in soy sauce, kimchi, garlic, and cashew cream. Mix well.

Step 4: Add cooked pasta, parsley, and spring onion. Gently mix until everything is well coated.

Step 5: Lastly, top with some vegan parmesan and serve into bowls.
