The BEST Vegan Macaroni and Cheese

Cook pasta according to packaging instructions. Add the frozen peas in the last 2 minutes.

Add dijon mustard, lemon juice, spices, vegan cheddar, and nutritional yeast, and stir.

Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the cheese fully melts and the sauce is smooth and creamy.

step 6: cook the cheese sauce

Add the cooked pasta and peas in and toss until they're well coated with the cheese sauce.

step 7: coat the pasta

Taste and adjust the seasoning, adding more salt or black pepper if needed. Serve!
