Make these Easy Salad Kabobs for your next dinner party or an upcoming holiday! They are quick and simple to make, and so fun to eat! Your kids and family will love them!
24fresh baby mozzarella balls *(use vegan cheese if needed)
12green olives, pitted
10-15smallradishes
1mediumcucumber, peeled and sliced
1cuproughly chopped lettuce, any kind you like
10-15basil leaves
2tablespoonOlive oil, for brushing
Salt, to taste
2-3teaspoonbalsamic glaze, for drizzling(optional)
Instructions
If you haven't already, go ahead and wash and prepare your vegetables.
To assemble the kabobs, alternate treading a tomato, a slice of cucumber, mozzarella ball, an olive, a radish, some lettuce, and a basil leaf. You can do it in whatever order you like. Repeat until you have 12 skewers.
Transfer the salad kabobs to a plate and brush with olive oil on all sides. Sprinkle a little bit of salt all over. Finally, drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve right away.
