To a high-speed blender, add coconut water first, then add banana, frozen mango, and pineapples, baby spinach, and ginger
Blend on high speed for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until the smoothie is completely smooth and creamy, with no chunks inside. Serve immediately!

Use ripe fruits. Using ripe bananas, mango, and pineapple is essential for a creamy smoothie! Not only that, but riper fruits are sweeter and taste better.
Sweeten to taste. If the smoothie is not sweet enough for you, don't hesitate to add one date or a splash of maple syrup or honey. You can have a healthy smoothie that is also delicious!
If you don't have frozen fruit, you can make this smoothie with fresh fruit and add ice cubes instead.
Freeze the ingredients in an airtight container in advance. Stack your freezer ahead of time, so you will always be 5 minutes away from making this smoothie.
