Ingredients

tahini

yellow or white miso paste

lemon juice

tablespoon
maple syrup or honey

water

garlic powder or minced garlic
(optional)
Instructions
Add ingredients to a bowl and mix well until smooth and creamy. Add more or less water depending on how thick you want your dressing.
Taste and adjust the flavor if needed, adding more salt for saltiness, maple syrup for sweetness or lemon juice for tanginess.
