These No-bake Brownie Energy Bites are healthy, easy to make, and come together in just 10 minutes. They are made entirely from whole foods and are naturally sweetened with dates.
Pulse for about 30 seconds or until the dough is well mixed and starts to clump together. If it’s too dry and it doesn’t stick together when pressed between two fingers, add more nut butter.
Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls. Enjoy as-is or roll in cacao/carob powder or hemp seeds.

Storage
Fridge: Transfer balls to a container and cover with a lid. They'll keep well for 2 weeks.
Freezer: Transfer balls to a freezer-safe container and cover with a lid. Freeze for 1-2 months.
