    Pasta is a weekly rotation in our household. That's why we needed a fast and simple vegan cheese recipe.

    Made only from nuts, nutritional yeast, and salt, this vegan parmesan requires 5 ingredients and 5 minutes to make + it will last for a month in your pantry! What's not to love?

    Ingredients

    • ½ cup walnuts
    • ⅓ cup brazil nuts
    • ⅓ cup nutritional yeast
    • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
    • ½ teaspoon salt

    Instructions

    • Place all of the ingredients into a food processor or a blend and pulse until it forms a fine meal.
    • Taste and adjust flavor if needed. More nutritional yeast for cheesiness, garlic powder for depth, or salt for saltiness.
    • Store in a jar or in a covered container for 2-3 weeks. Perfect for topping things like pasta, pizza, lasagna, and more!
