    This is your sign to try the viral shaved ice cream cause it’s THAT good! I’m using peaches but it works with any fruit you like and comes together in less than 10 minutes.

    Don’t forget to add your favorite toppings, mine are maple syrup and pistachio, but other nuts will work as well.

    Ingredients

    • 1 whole peach, frozen
    • 3 tablespoon yogurt of choice use vegan if needed
    • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
    • Roasted pistachio nuts, chopped optional, for topping

    Instructions

    • Dollop the Greek yogurt into a bowl. Using a micro grater, shave the peach on top.
    • Top with the pistachio and maple syrup and enjoy!
