- 1 cup pumpkin puree ~250g
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips, melted ~180g
- Small pinch of sea salt
- 1-2 tablespoon sweetener of choice like maple syrup optional

Instructions
- If you haven't already, set up a double boiler to melt the chocolate. You can also do that in a microwave by heating the chocolate in short 20-30 second intervals, stirring in between to prevent it from burning.
- In a food processor or a blender, add the pumpkin puree, melted chocolate, and sea salt. Blend until smooth. Transfer into cups and refrigerate for a couple of hours to set. Top with cocoa powder and enjoy!
