This healthy chocolate mousse is a chocolate lover’s dream come true! With just 3 simple ingredients, it’s incredibly easy to prepare. The whipped chickpea water (aka aquafaba) creates a wonderfully fluffy texture, making this vegan dessert irresistible.

Chocolate aquafaba mousse in a glass cup topped with whipped cream and raspberries.

I remember the first time I made this mousse, I was skeptical about using chickpea water and whether it would taste beany or not, but the result was amazing - a rich, super chocolaty, and slightly tangy mousse with a luxurious texture. Now, it’s a staple dessert at home, and everyone loves it.

Serve it plain, or garnish with fresh berries, a dollop of coconut whipped cream, or a sprinkle of cocoa powder as a finishing touch.
