    Ingredients

    • 400 g cottage cheese I use 4% fat
    • ⅔ cups oat flour gluten-free if needed
    • ½ cup maple syrup
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • ⅓ cup mini chocolate chips

    Instructions

    • Add all of the ingredients except the chocolate chips to a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
    • Add the chocolate chips and mix. Serve and enjoy!
