Cottage Cheese Blueberry Pie Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 400 g cottage cheese
- 300 g frozen blueberries
- ¼ - ⅓ cup honey depending on how sweet you like it
- ½ cup graham crackers crushed
Instructions
- Blend everything except the crackers in a food processor until smooth.400 g cottage cheese, 300 g frozen blueberries, ¼ - ⅓ cup honey

- Transfer to a loaf tin and freeze for 4 hours or until you're ready to serve.
