    Ingredients

    • 400 g cottage cheese
    • 300 g frozen blueberries
    • ¼ - ⅓ cup honey depending on how sweet you like it
    • ½ cup graham crackers crushed

    Instructions

    • Blend everything except the crackers in a food processor until smooth.
      400 g cottage cheese, 300 g frozen blueberries, ¼ - ⅓ cup honey
    • Add the graham crackers and mix.
      ½ cup graham crackers
    • Transfer to a loaf tin and freeze for 4 hours or until you're ready to serve.
