Blended Raspberry Oats

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ยฝ cup thick yogurt of choice use dairy-free if needed
- ยผ cup milk of choice I use soy
- 100 g fresh raspberries plus more for serving
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup optional
- Small pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the chocolate shell (optional)
- 50 g dark chocolate
- ยฝ tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
- Add the chocolate and coconut oil to a small bowl and melt over a double boiler.
- Add raspberries to the bottom of a jar and top with the oat mixture. Top with the melted chocolate. Transfer the jar to the fridge and let set for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
